The PhilRailCon is the Philippine Railways Institute's premier networking and collaboration event bringing together policymakers, industry leaders, and experts from around the world to discuss the latest trends and developments in the railway workforce. The PhilRailCon is the first conference focused on research and training for the railway workforce in the Philippines, presented by the Department of Transportation's first and only railway training institution.
